British firms at the UK-Africa Investment Summit in London announced commercial deals worth over £6.5 billion across the African markets.
The commercial deal covers a variety of industries and sectors including energy, retail, infrastructure and technology. It is aimed in delivering high-end quality investment jobs across the both continents.
According to the Secretary of State for International Trade, Liz Truss, MP, and the U.K Department for International Development and Trade, Africa has a diverse and fast-growing economy which is a viable option for UK businesses.
The British affirms to choosing Africa for its base of investment and also desire to be its partner choice for business in world-leading expertise like finance, technology, and innovation.
This deal will make the UJK and Africa mutual partners for growth and prosperity.
